We offer worldwide shipping for all orders of our high-end linen, filament viscose, silk, home furnishing fabrics, blends, and more. Upon placing your order, please allow 1-3 business days for processing before your items are dispatched. The items ordered by the customers will be delivered in 5-7 days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery. We partner with reputable courier services to ensure timely and secure delivery of your purchases. Shipping costs may vary depending on your location and the weight of your order, and they will be calculated at checkout for your convenience.

Return & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Tyra Tessitura. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns policy to ensure your peace of mind. You may return any unused and undamaged items within 5 business days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. The complete refund will processed in 7-10 business days. However, fabrics that are less then 5 metres in length cannot be returned. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.Please ensure that the items are returned in their original packaging and condition to qualify for a refund or exchange. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange promptly. Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.
